general

Thank you in your interest in my work! please fully read this trough before contacting me. When commissioning me you agree to these terms.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission or deny your commission request for any reason.

You are allowed to use your costume for whatever you please once it is in your hands. I am not responsible for any injuries or damage to the costume due to improper care.

You are not you allowed to claim any of my work as your own for whatever reason. Proper credit is highly appreciated.

I reserve the right to use any images or videos I have taken of the costume for personal or commercial use.

I do not work with strict deadlines. costumes are usually finished within 3-4 months of starting on the costume. You will be updated trough the commission process incase there are any complications that might cause delays. Just keep in mind that I am only one person, I work at my own pace.

I do not tolerate and any form of rude behavior. anything including but not limited to, harassment, threats, begging, and vulgar language will not be tolerated. Your commission request will be refused and you will be banned from commissioning me again.

refunds and payment

I take payment in euro trough PayPal only. The client is allowed to choose whether to pay with the friends and family or goods and services option. Just keep in mind that I will charge any extra fees that come with using the goods and services option.

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit before starting on your costume.

You are allowed to cancel the commission at any time for any reason. But the first 50% is non-refundable. I will not ship out any unfinished costume parts and I reserve the right to edit and sell them or keep them in storage for later use.

ONLY if I decide cancel the commission myself for any reason that is not the clients fault I will refund them 100%

I will not reserve a premade suit or commission slot for any reason or any amount of time without at least a 30% down-payment. And I will not start working on a commission without at least 50%

payment plans

To start any form of payment plan I will need at least a 30% non-refundable down-payment.

For premade fursuits you will be expected to fully pay off the suit within 3 months.

For commissions you will be expected to have paid at least 50% before it is your turn in the que. The suit will have to be fully paid off within 2 months of it being finished finished unless discussed otherwise.

You are allowed to be moved further to the back of the commission que if you think that you might need more time to pay off the suit.

repairs and returns.

I will not do returns and refunds for custom work.

You are however, allowed to send back your suit for repairs or refurbishment due to wear and tear overtime. I can do small repairs such as popped seams for free. Cleaning the suit, refurbishing, or large repairs such as missing or broken off parts due to improper care will be charged for.

The client will be expected to pay for shipping on both ends.

If there is something wrong with the costume that is my fault, for example: the suit not fitting correctly, or something not being sewn correctly, you are allowed to send it back for free. Shipping will then be covered by myself.
